CORE GROUP BENEFITS

ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES

All regular, full-time employees working 20 hours or more per week, excluding full-time temporary or seasonal employees who are expected to be employed less than seven (7) months are eligible to participate in the AmeriResource Group Inc. Core Benefits.  However, if any full-time temporary or seasonal employee exceeds seven (7) months on AmeriResource's payroll, the employee will be eligible to participate the first of the following month.

AmeriResource offers flexible participation requirements allowing each employee to choose his/her own benefits package.

CAFETERIA 125 PLAN

AmeriResource offers a Premium Only Cafeteria 125 Plan.  The cost of many benefits may be deducted from the employee's paycheck on a pre-tax basis through this program.

GROUP TERM LIFE

Each eligible employee receives a $10,000 group term life and AD&D policy at no cost to the employee (reduced benefit after age 70).
